At Intoxica™, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help make it right.

Eligible for Return/Refund

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Defective or damaged: The item arrived with manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item: You received a different item than what you ordered
  • Print quality issues: The print is significantly different from the product images (faded, misaligned, etc.)
  • Size issues: Item doesn't match the size chart provided (please measure before ordering)

Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind: You simply changed your mind about the purchase
  • Incorrect size ordered: If you ordered the wrong size (please check our size chart)
  • Normal wear and tear: Damage caused by washing, wearing, or improper care
  • Minor color variations: Slight differences due to screen settings or printing processes

How to Request a Return/Refund

Include clear photos showing the issue (defect, damage, wrong item, etc.)

We'll review your request within 2-3 business days

We'll send a replacement or process your refund

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Replacements

For defective or damaged items, we're happy to send a free replacement. In most cases, you won't need to return the original item. We'll ship the replacement as soon as your claim is approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • Wait 48 hours as packages sometimes appear after being marked delivered
  • If still not found, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate

For packages lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

International Orders

International customers are eligible for the same return policy. However, please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility
  • Processing times may be longer due to international shipping
