Intoxica™ products are custom printed on demand, which means each item is made specifically for you after you place your order. This ensures fresh, high-quality prints and reduces waste. Here's what to expect:

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Times may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

* Add 2-5 business days for production time before shipping begins

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Factors that affect shipping cost include:

• Destination country/region
• Number and weight of items
• Shipping speed selected

Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of special offers!

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

• Tracking number
• Link to track your package
• Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide! Please note the following for international orders:

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery Times: International shipping takes longer and may be affected by customs processing.
• Tracking: International tracking may have limited updates once the package leaves the origin country.

Orders with Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different facilities. This helps ensure faster delivery. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Address & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only make changes before the order enters production.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
